CPH Resources — Official CSI Links

Official CSI resources for CPH: course page, curriculum, exam credits, and the current route-status note around CIRO approval.

Use these CSI sources when you want the official CPH scope and current route note rather than recycled ethics summaries. That matters more now because the CSI course page includes a current CIRO-related route warning.

CPH is not just a generic ethics course. It sits in the conduct, suitability, complaint-handling, and advisor-behaviour lane, so the official source set matters most when you need to confirm whether the paper still fits your registration path and what the live tested structure looks like.

What to confirm before you book

Current route note

As of April 17, 2026, CSI says that effective January 1, 2026 CPH is no longer acceptable for the purposes of CIRO approval with an Investment Dealer. If your reason for taking CPH is tied to registration or approval, treat the current CPH course page and the CIRO proficiency site as the controlling sources.

Strongest review sequence

StepWhy it works
start with the course pageit tells you whether CPH is still the right route for your use case now
move to the exam-credits pageit tells you how the 100-question paper is weighted
use the curriculum page lastit gives the detailed chapter order once the route and weighting are clear
then move into exact web practicethat is the right stage to train speed on the live structure

Common weak resource habits

  • relying on older CPH route assumptions without checking the current course page
  • treating the paper as broad ethics theory instead of an operational conduct exam
  • reviewing KYC, suitability, complaints, and trading as isolated topics rather than one client-protection workflow
  • waiting too long to do mixed scenario sets

How to use these CPH resources

  • Use the curriculum page as your reading checklist and the exam-credits page as your weighting and structure checklist.
  • Treat the course page as the current route-status source and the curriculum plus exam-credits pages as the content-planning sources.
  • If your registration path depends on CPH, confirm the current requirement separately through CSI or your firm instead of assuming older route notes are still current.
  • If your real need is branch supervision rather than advisor-facing conduct review, compare with BCO.
  • If your real question is CPH at all?, answer that on the course page first, because the post-January 1, 2026 route split matters more than it did in older prep notes.
